Thank you for choosing LankaBit for AI, Social Media, Crypto and Tech education. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course, subscription or digital product.
Digital Products & Courses
All LankaBit products, including online courses, AI education content, subscriptions and digital resources, are digital products delivered after successful payment. Because access may be provided immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access has been granted.
No Returns on Digital Access
LankaBit products are non-physical digital goods. There is no physical item to return. Once a course, subscription or digital product has been activated on your account, the transaction is considered complete and the purchase cannot normally be returned.
03 · Limited Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in these limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You accidentally paid more than once for the same product.
- Technical access failure: A technical problem prevented you from receiving access to a paid course or subscription, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
To request a review, contact us within 3 days of the transaction and provide your order details, payment proof and a clear description of the issue. Refund approval is subject to review.
Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscriptions, you may request cancellation of future renewals at any time by contacting LankaBit. Cancellation stops future renewal charges where applicable. It does not create a right to a refund for the current subscription period that has already been paid for.
How to Request Support
If you cannot access a purchased course or product, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Include your account details, order information and payment proof so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to This Policy
LankaBit may update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the time they are published. We recommend reviewing this page before making a new purchase.
