1. Course Access

Content you access through an enrolled course — videos, text, resources, and materials — is licensed for your personal use only. Copying, redistributing, publicly sharing, reselling, or reproducing this content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Payments & Refunds

All Sales Are Final. Once a payment has been made for a course, package, or subscription, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

You have partially or fully viewed the course content.
The content did not match your personal expectations.
You changed your mind, or no longer have the time to complete the course.
Technical difficulties in accessing the content (we will provide reasonable support to resolve access issues, but this does not entitle you to a refund).

We strongly encourage you to review the course syllabus, content previews, and description carefully before enrolling.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username/password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, if we discover false registration information, one person operating multiple accounts, or any activity related to content piracy or unauthorized redistribution.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including videos, text, images, prompts, and design — is the intellectual property of LankaBit and its founders/directors. Unauthorized copying, republishing, or commercial use of this content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

LankaBit and its Founders/Directors, including G. L. A. J. Priyankara and R. D. T. M. Jayawardena, shall not be liable for any of the following:

Any financial loss, data loss, or other damages incurred by you or any third party as a result of following the instructions or guidance provided in any course.
The availability, pricing, or policy changes of third-party AI tools, websites, or software (such as Google, OpenAI, Suno, etc.), which remain under the control of their respective companies. LankaBit does not guarantee their continued availability or functionality.
Any financial loss arising from crypto signals, trading, or investment-related recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice.
Temporary website downtime, server issues, or other technical errors.

6. Changes to Course Content

LankaBit reserves the right to update, modify, add to, or remove course content at any time without prior notice. Pricing and package structures may also change without prior notice.

7. User Conduct

Abusive language, threats, hate speech, spam, or harassment of other members within comments, community groups, or WhatsApp groups is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is discovered, LankaBit reserves the right to immediately remove the offending account without a refund.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms should first be raised directly with LankaBit (via WhatsApp or email) for resolution through discussion. If the matter cannot be resolved this way, it shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

9. Changes to These Terms

LankaBit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
